What is ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Class 2 Certified Hi Vis?

The American National Standard for High-Visibility Safety Apparel and Accessories (ANSI/ISEA 107-2015) is a standard established by American National Standards Institute, Inc. 

Many workers, including construction, maintenance, utility, emergency responders, airport ramp personnel and off-road workers are constantly exposed to potential injury hazards from their low-visibility while on the job.  This guideline has been set to help set guidelines to keep workers safe in daylight, low visibility conditions, and at night in their high-visibility work attire, from clothing to accessories.
